Don’t Felt Guilt, You’re Innocent

There were really time in our life that we felt disappointed when the person that we believe will understand us will confront us on the rumor s/he had heard from someone who would just want to ruin our reputation. I personally had experience this but I did not felt any guilt because I know who I am and what I am capable of doing. I know that no matter what they say against me my conscience is clear as I know that I cannot and will not do what they are saying against me.

I don’t felt that guilt because those were purely accusations. They create stories on their mind on what they are actually doing. Remember, thinkers are doers. They might believe that since they are doing it I might hear what they practice and I might also follow. I know will if its good but if its beyond the morals why should I follow it?

I’m innocent so I know that I have nothing to do with their accusations, I would still smile on them. I would like to kill them with my kindness and hopefully they will ask forgiveness though I have already given it to hem without them asking.

Give

July 13, 2017 Readings

Genesis 44:18-21, 23-29; 45:1-5

Psalm 105:16-17, 18-19, 20-21

Matthew 10:7-15

Freely you have received; freely give.

Matthew 10:8

Giving is an act in which you are sharing part of what you have to someone. It is by giving that will show how selfless we are just to make someone happy and fulfilled. Giving is a choice which aims to make someone happy. Happiness that we also aims that will last until eternity. That chain might be never-ending and will spread throughout the world.

In this world where everyone want to acquire and receive more even its not due to them, very often we can encounter someone who will really freely give without expecting anything in return. It’s sad but true.

Actually I have read that there were three kind of givers. The first one is an unconditional giver: the one who will give anytime, anywhere without expecting anything in return. For this type of person, he gives naturally as he believe that giving is a way of life. The second one is the conditional giver: the one who will give because he’s thinking that something will be given back to him or credited to him when gives. While the third one is someone who gives when we was being asked and willingly wants to give. This person needs to be asked for him to help. Among these three, what kind of giver are you?

Dear God, thank you always and may I naturally give to your people to prove them how great and good my God is.

Famine

July 12, 2017 Readings

Genesis 41:55-57, 42:5-7, 17-24

Psalm 33:2-3, 10-11, 18-19

Matthew 10:1-7

Because the famine was severe everywhere.

Genesis 41:57

Famine. In my perspective, for today’s generation this does not refer only to the basic needs like food and water but as well as our spiritual need. We burden too much on working to have these needs to the point that we forget that there is God who can and will provide our needs without even asking them. He alone is the source of all our needs according to his will.

But this famine is only on temporary state if we allow God to enter in our lives and we turn back to Him. But this decision is only upon us as there were lots of temptations in our daily lives that compel us on living a worldly life that was been a new culture already. That which, morals were bypassed, relationships were neglected, and humans were being used to get what the influential and powerful people wants.

May we wake up on this practices and live our life to the will of God despite of our willpower. We have to seize our life to serve His people to prove them how great and good God is.

Dear God, thank you always for bountifully giving my needs without even asking them.

Love lots,

Envy

July 11, 2017 Readings

Genesis 32:23-33

Psalm 17:1, 2-3, 6-7, 8, 15

Matthew 9:32-38

But the Pharisees said, “It is by the prince of demons that he drives out demons.”

~Matthew 9:34

Envy and even more than that is what the Pharisees might be thinking and feeling that made them say and act against Jesus despite of the miracles and good deeds he has done through healing, driving out demons and bringing back to life the dead people.

On defense though He doesn’t needed to, Jesus would argue that if He drives by the power of demon prince isn’t it going against with your team? In which a certain group that fight against each other would mean that they will fall down and scattered.

We all know who Jesus is. And as someone who believes on Him as Savior, we just kept our belief on Him in spite of the worldly temptations that we are encountering every single day of our lives. We may put our faith on Him as He is the way, the truth and the life.

Dear God, thank you for this day and saving me from my sins though I don’t deserve it.

Love lots,

Divine

July 10, 2017 Readings

Genesis 28:10-22

Psalm 91:1-2, 3-4, 14-15

Matthew 9:18-26

She said to herself, “If I only touch his cloak, I will be healed.”

~Matthew 9:21

The divinity of Jesus made this woman kept her faith on Him that she thought that just by touching Jesus’ clock, she will be healed.

Nowadays, some of us also want this miracle to happen. Every now and then we have wishful thinking to that good days is yet to come. That problems and struggle that were going through will be ending soon. But unluckily, there were times that the hardship were getting harder and worse. And it seems that it will be on us until the end of our life to the point that others will commit suicide or crime.

If and only if we believe that Jesus is with us always and that He will give rest on our hardship despite that we will not touch his cloak, we get healed, we’ll be getting better and we’ll be happy. Just believe on Him and keep the faith. We may not see or feel Him yet He is just there, call on Him.

Dear God, thank you. May I always believe, trust and put my faith on you.

Love lots,

Moo

Ephesians 2:19-22

Psalm 117: 1, 2

John 20:24-29

You are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with God’s people and also members of his household.

~Ephesians 2:19

Some of us would think that we are not enough or ready to be part of God’s family or to serve him because we look into ourselves as undeserving may be due to insecurities, inexperience or sinfulness. But we should believe and trust that no matter who we are, God still and always love, forgive and guide us in every path we take.

With this, we will be the cornerstone of His kingdom, we will be the source of joy and strength of his people and let us continue to prove them how good and great God is. Let us lead the way in any possible way we can.

Dear God, thank you for everyday blessing you have given to us. Keep on loving, guiding and forgiving us.

Love lots,

2 Kings 4:8-11, 14-16
Psalm 89:2-3, 16-17, 18-19
Romans 6:3-4, 8-11
Matthew 10:37-42

Whoever finds their life will lose it, and whoever loses their life for my sake will find it.
~Matthew 10:39

Beyond our comprehension and prayers, God always gives us the best in our life. It may not be the total package of what we desire for yet we are all blessed with graces and mercy that only God can give us without cost and expectations.

There were also times that we want to secure our position, power or influence. We want to be on top. We want to have everything that we want – the newest, biggest, and grandest things that world is advertising on us. But getting these things, there were also sacrifices and conflict against our values and attitudes. Though, for some its not applicable.

Whether we are up and down, we may not forget to thank God as He alone blessed us those things that we have. Things that make us happy and satisfied temporarily. Cause, even just Him alone, we are already blessed and complete.

Dear God, thank you for all the blessing and graces that you continuously giving me without me asking them. May you continue to guide and bless me to serve more of your people and to prove them how great and good You are.

Love lots,

Moo

Genesis 18:1-15
Luke 1:46-47,48-49,50,53,54-55
Matthew 8:5-17

“Do this,” and he does it.
~Matthew 8:17

In today’s reading, I’m also amazed with the faith of the centurion as against to the doubt of Sarah to the Lord’s will. We may doubting in our own abilities and capabilities but God can make and transform our life with marvelous deeds.

In our life, we also gone through both of these stages wherein we always believe that our Father in heaven will grant the desires and wishes of our hearts every time we’re praying unto Him. We want it to happen the way we want and imagine it in our little minds without thinking that we can’t dictate God and let Him follow us because He knows more than we can the better plans for us to be molded and prepared for greater things. On the other hand, there were also times that we are already experiencing the will of God but our hard and cold heart would still not believe that God can make an amazing things and event in our life beyond our expectations and comprehensions.

We all know that we can’t have and get all our wishes and dreams but we may enjoy and be contented what we had. We may have a happy and thankful heart. And we’ll attract more blessings even without asking them because God knows first before we even think about it.

Dear God, thank you for amazing me. May I use myself to amazed more servant yours. Again thank you and love you.

Love lots,
